Beatrix Potter
(1855–1943) was born in London in 1866. During her rather lonely childhood and later, as a young woman, she studied art and natural history. She started her career as children's author and illustrator in 1901 when she was thirty-five. In the years before the First World War demand for her work was so great that she was publishing an average of two new stories a year. Her little books have never lost their popularity and still sell in their millions. I liked it for the most part. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Still a good book.

Really enjoyed this one. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
